How do I send my files for a mix or master?
After you book, you'll get a project intake form where you paste a share link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox) to your stems or session. Export each track from the start of the song, same length, 24-bit WAV — and we'll take it from there.
How many revisions are included?
Most productized services include up to 3 revision rounds so we can dial in exactly what you're hearing. Larger album and EP projects are quoted with a revision scope that fits the production. There's never a surprise charge — anything beyond the agreed scope is discussed first.
What's the turnaround time?
Stereo mix & mastering and single-track work typically deliver in 3–5 business days; Dolby Atmos spatial mixes in 5–7. Each service lists its own turnaround on the card. Rush options are available on request.
Do you offer Dolby Atmos for streaming?
Yes. We deliver 7.1.4 immersive mixes with binaural render and an ADM BWF master ready for Apple Music Spatial and Tidal, plus a cinema (IMF) version on request. If you already have a stereo mix, we can also produce an Atmos version from your stems.
Can I pay in instalments for a full album?
Album & EP productions are quoted per project, and we can split payment into milestones (e.g. deposit, mid-project, final delivery). Request a quote and we'll tailor the terms to your scope.

Every space has a unique acoustic signature. Modal behavior, reflection patterns, and reverberation time shape what you hear — and therefore every production decision made inside that room.

Low-Frequency Response
Room dimensions create modal resonances in the 20–300 Hz range, producing peaks and nulls of up to ±15 dB at the listening position. These deviations mask the true spectral balance of low-end content and must be addressed through dimensional analysis and targeted absorption.

Stereo Imaging Precision
Early reflections from side walls and console surfaces arrive 5–20 ms after the direct signal, causing comb filtering and reducing phantom center stability. Controlling first-reflection points preserves pan accuracy and spatial depth.

Reverberation Time (RT60)
Reverberation time is calculated using Sabine's formula — RT60 = 0.161 × V ÷ A — where V is room volume and A is total absorption in sabins. Managing this value across the critical mid-band (250 Hz–2 kHz) preserves transient clarity and reduces listener fatigue during extended sessions.

How long does a full acoustic design take?
A typical project runs 2–4 weeks: measurement (1 day), analysis and design report (3–5 days), panel fabrication (5–7 days for standard sizes, up to 2 weeks for full room kits), and installation (1–2 days). Remote consultations with no panels can turn around in under a week.
Do I need to build a whole studio from scratch?
No. Most rooms are fixed without construction — just strategically placed panels, bass traps, and diffusers. Full isolation construction (walls within walls, floated floors) is a separate scope and usually only needed for commercial studios or apartments with noise neighbours.
What's the difference between your panels and cheap foam tiles?
Foam tiles only absorb high frequencies above ~1kHz — they do nothing for bass. Real broadband absorbers use dense mineral wool (60kg/m³) in a rigid frame, wrapped in acoustically transparent fabric. They absorb effectively down to 100Hz and below. Every panel we build is measurement-backed and specification-correct.
Do you take on rooms anywhere in the world?
Yes — we work worldwide. On-site visits can be arranged on request; for everyone else we run a fully remote acoustic analysis: you send measurements with guided instructions and receive the same full treatment report and panel specification. Panels ship internationally.
What if I already bought panels — can you design around them?
Yes, absolutely. Measurement first, then we'll design the gap. Often your existing panels just need repositioning plus a few targeted additions (usually bass traps, since that's what most DIY rooms miss). You'll get a complete placement plan based on what you already own.
Will my mixes actually sound better, or is this just a number on a chart?
The number matters because it correlates directly with translation — how your mixes sound outside your room. When RT60 hits spec, you'll hear bass detail you've never heard in the room before, your stereo image snaps into focus, and you stop second-guessing EQ moves. Follow-up measurements verify the result, and most clients report faster mix times within the first week.
